Is there no place safe from the tentacles of the federal government’s bureaucracy?
Apparently not, if the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) has anything to say about it.
OSHA, which is supposed to be concerned with safety in the workplace, has decided its mandate for workplace safety includes a through reorganization of restroom facilities at every business in America.
OSHA has just signed an agreement with the National Center for Transgender Equality (NCTE) to hector businesses about transgender access to restrooms.
This particular alliance provides for the National Center for Transgender Equality (NCTE) to “[r]eview, promote and disseminate the OSHA-developed bulletin of recommended best practices for restroom access for transgender workers.”
How quickly will OSHA’s “educational” campaign morph into federal demands for any number of “gender-appropriate” restrooms? And how much will the feds fine businesses who fail to meet their transgendered needs?
