In case you haven’t heard, a Republican Party headquarters building in Hillsborough, N.C., was firebombed on Saturday. An adjacent building was vandalized with graffiti reading, “Nazi Republicans get out of town or else.”
The suspects are still at large, but CNN’s Brian Stelter pointed his finger at Donald Trump’s campaign rhetoric on Sunday:
“We have no idea who has done this. We don’t know if it’s a Republican, a Democrat, a movement. No idea. Could be some core of extremists, some sort of radical,” Stelter, a media reporter for the network, explained during a political segment on Sunday’s “CNN Newsroom.”
“But that kind of action is unacceptable,” Stelter continued. “And we need to have the temperature come down on all sides right now. Unfortunately, Donald Trump is the lead in terms of raising the temperature at this moment in time.”
And a YouTube video caused Benghazi, right?
