The scandal surrounding the Justice Department’s efforts to kill a FBI investigation of the Clinton Foundation grew worse this week with the revelation that DoJ employees are donating to Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
“Hillary Clinton has received more than $275,000 from more than 1,600 employees at the Justice Department this year, federal donor records reveal, and exceeded the number who contributed to Donald Trump by a factor of almost 40,” The Washington Times reports Thursday.
The news comes just days after it was revealed the Justice Department’s so-called “Public Integrity Section” killed multiple requests by FBI agents in four cities to investigate apparent criminal activity by the Clinton Foundation.
Hacked emails released by Wikileaks also show Clinton campaign manager John Podesta bragging that Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik “kept me out of jail” during criminal investigations of President Bill Clinton’s administration.
Kadzik is now in charge of investigating Hillary Clinton.
